  1. Hi there Cathy,

My name is Toe'umu, and I am going to starting at Wesley Intermediate. I really like your tips that you have given us. My favourite tip is to stay in the shade, because you can relax. Also you can feel the breeze. Maybe next time you could add more photos.

    Blog you later,
    Toe'umu

  2. Hey there Cathy, it's Billy again from the SLJ team.

Thank you for sharing some really useful tips for people to stay safe in the sun this summer. Did you like the way I repeated that 's' sound. It's a bit like what you've done in your tips. Each of your five tips (except for one) begin with the 'sl' sound. That's fantastic repetition, well done! It makes it much more appealing to read.

It's a good idea to cover up and seek shade during the hottest part of the day; usually around 11am - 3pm.

I am currently living in London, England. It is winter time at the moment but in summer it was really hot. Although, it was a little bit strange, the hottest part of the day was at 5pm. Why do you think that was?

What sort of activities do you like to do during the summer?

    Thanks, Billy.
