I believe I can FLY!
If I had a chance to go ziplining, I would be so excited but at the same really, really scared! I love flying foxes, but I have never seen one this long that's why I would be so excited! But I will also be really scared because what if I got stuck on the way and got lost?!
Hi Cathy,
ReplyDeleteIt's Leslie here, writing on your blog from my home in Canada, on the other side of the world from New Zealand. I'm so impressed that you're continuing to work on all of the Summer Learning Journey activities. Good for you! We can hardly keep up with your pace!!!
I'm glad that you're brave enough to consider going zip-lining. Perhaps you'll have an opportunity to try it one day. My daughters have gone zip-lining in Canada and they loved it!! They went flying over the tree-tops out in the mountains in western Canada and they said the views were just stunningly beautiful.
I'm not sure that I would manage as well as they did because I'm not good with heights. I have a very hard time climbing a water tower ladder once I'm at the same level as the tops of the trees. So, zip-lining might not be for me.
However, no one can know how they'll fare until they try. So I hope you'll be brave and give it a go, if you ever have a chance!!
Meanwhile, have a safe and happy summer day. And I'll continue to read your blog!
Cheers,
Leslie
